My kid refuses to take off the inner micro suede jacket even indoors, it's that cozy. The shell goes on over it without any bunching, and the whole thing has handled a week of rainy recess without a single complaint.

My kid practically lives in this jacket now — the inner micro suede lining is so soft she wears it around the house on its own. The outer shell breathes well during recess, and having both layers on for the windy walk to school has been a total game-changer.
