It poured on my hike yesterday and I stayed completely dry, which is exactly what I needed. The adjustable hem let me cinch it down when the wind picked up.

The hood stays put even in a proper gust, which is exactly what I needed for exposed trails. The TEXAPORE fabric kept me bone-dry through an hour of sideways rain, and the whole thing packs down small enough to stuff into a daypack.

The fixed hood on this jacket is perfectly adjustable and doesn't flap around in strong wind, which I really appreciate. The hem adjustment keeps the cold out nicely, and the TEXAPORE material feels both light and solid. It's become my go-to for rainy commutes.
