PICO TRAIL ZIP OFF PANTS W

The zippers sit flat enough that I barely notice them under a pack hipbelt, and the double-weave fabric held up through a full day of scrambling on rocky switchbacks. Wind stayed out even at the exposed ridgeline, which made the convertible design feel less gimmicky and more genuinely versatile.

Finally found zip-off pants that don't look baggy or feel flimsy. The double-weave fabric handled a rocky scramble without a single snag, and the zippers slide smoothly. Already planning my next hike in them.

I wore these on a windy ridge and the TEXASHIELD CORE material blocked the chill completely while still letting me move freely. The zip-off conversion is super quick, so I could switch to shorts mid-hike without stopping.
