The fixed hood is actually roomy enough to fit over a beanie, which I appreciate on windy days. The bonded sherpa interior traps heat noticeably well without making me overheat during a brisk hike.

The fixed hood actually stays put even in wind, which was a pleasant surprise. I wish the zipper pull were a bit larger for gloved hands, but overall it's warm and comfortable for daily wear.

I’ve been wearing this jacket on chilly morning walks and the fixed hood actually stays put without flopping around, which is nice. The inner sherpa lining keeps me warm without feeling bulky, though I wish the zipper pull was a bit easier to grab with gloves.
