Took these on a rainy weekend hike and my feet stayed completely dry thanks to the TEXAPORE membrane. The mixed-material upper feels noticeably lighter than my old leather boots, which made a long descent much easier on the joints.

The waterproofing actually held up through a stream crossing and a full day of drizzle, and my feet stayed completely dry the whole time. The recycled material feels lighter than my old pair, so I didn’t notice the weight on the uphill stretches.

My previous hiking boots always left my feet soaked, so I was skeptical about these shoes—but after a full day in wet grass and mud, my socks stayed completely dry. The recycled TEXAPORE material feels surprisingly breathable for being waterproof, and the mixed-material upper is light enough that I
