Took these on a snowy trail hike and the tread held firm on icy patches without slipping once. The mid-height cuff gives solid ankle support, and they stayed comfortable even after three hours of walking. Just the right balance of sturdy and light for winter kicks.

Wore these through a slushy week downtown and my feet stayed dry the whole time, the tread really gripped wet pavement without slipping. They’re supportive right out of the box, no break-in soreness which honestly surprised me. Bought them for daily winter walks and they’ve been a solid all-rounder.
