I wore this vest hiking in windy conditions and the TEXASHIELD PRO fabric kept me warm without overheating. It packs down small enough to stash in my daypack when the sun came out.

The ripstop shell held up great against a sudden drizzle on the ridge, and I stayed warm without overheating on the climb. It packs down small enough to stuff in my hip belt when the sun came back out.

I’ve been wearing this on chilly morning hikes and the recycled ripstop fabric really holds up against wind without feeling stuffy. The breathable insulation keeps me warm without bulk, so I can still layer comfortably. Perfect for those transitions between seasons.
