Zipped the legs off mid-hike when the sun came out, and the conversion was seamless. The fabric feels sturdy without being stiff, and the traditional fit lets me move freely on rocky terrain. Exactly what I needed for variable weather.

Double-weave fabric held up great against some rough brush on yesterday’s hike, and the zip-off legs made the afternoon heat much more bearable. The traditional fit feels roomy enough for layering without being baggy.

Finally, a pair of zip-offs that don’t look like cheap travel gear—the double-weave fabric feels sturdy but not stiff. Took them on a windy ridge and they blocked the breeze completely, which was a pleasant surprise for the price.
