I've been wearing this jacket on my morning bike commute and the windproof fabric really blocks the chill, plus the elastic cuffs seal out drafts perfectly. The duck down insulation is lighter than my old coat but keeps me just as warm.

The grey duck down insulation keeps me warm without feeling bulky, even on windy days. I also love how the soft fabric feels against my skin while still keeping the rain out.

I was hesitant about the windproof fabric at first, but after wearing this jacket in a snow flurry, the TEXASHIELD PRO PLAIN WEAVE held up perfectly. The elastic cuffs keep the cold out without being too tight. Definitely a solid choice for winter walks.
