I wore this jacket on a cool autumn morning hike, and the softshell material blocked the wind perfectly without making me overheat. The ripstop fabric held up well when I brushed against some rough branches on the trail.

I wasn’t sure how the TEXASHIELD PRO SOFTSHELL RIPSTOP would hold up against wind, but it blocked the chilly morning breeze perfectly during my hike. The hood fits snugly without feeling tight, and the whole thing moved with me comfortably all day.
