The fabric is surprisingly quiet for a ski jacket, and the two-layer build keeps me warm without that bulky feeling. It handled a full day on the slopes in variable weather without needing any extra layers.

The insulation is just right for cold chairlifts without feeling bulky, and the two-layer shell blocks wind effectively. I've worn it on three powder days so far and stayed completely dry and warm.

Took this jacket up for a week of skiing and the TEXATH insulation kept me warm even on the windiest chairlift rides. The TEXAPORE ECOSPHERE CORE layer did a great job blocking light snow without making me overheat during more active runs.
